Welcome to
The Soul Room
A spiritual exploration studio for wholehearted community
I have paused on adding new classes in meditation and journeying in order to shift focus to companioning people and communities through grief. After more than twenty years of working with people in spiritual development, it's become clear to me that unprocessed grief (and it's partner unprocessed anger) are often at the root of our inability to feel safe, to trust ourselves, and to connect with the love, wisdom and guidance that is always within us. While no new classes will be offered for a bit, the resources on intuitive development, trauma and resilience will remain available.
If you would like to read more about the community groups, classes and resources we are offering on grief and loss, please come visit us at The Grief Space Vermont.
