Trauma and Transformation Series
Know yourself, trust yourself, empower yourself
'The intuitive mind is a sacred gift, and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.' Albert Einstein
Chronic stress or trauma getting in your way?
We are excited to offer a series of 4-week workshops on how to move from feeling disconnected and uncertain to the confidence and resilience that flow when you welcome the power of your intuitive self.
Trauma is not defined by the painful event itself; it's defined by the degree of powerlessness we feel in the face of that event. And this is good news! It means that we can build resilience to trauma by building our internal sense of empowerment - and empowerment comes when we know and trust ourselves.
Our intuitive self is perceptive, wise, and steady, yet cultural conditioning, stress, or trauma can significantly cloud our ability to hear - and trust - our own inner voice of wisdom. Through simple techniques and practices, we can learn to identify and understand the intelligent signals in our own body, shift from a fear or stress-based state to being centered and connected, and learn to hear and trust our deepest selves.
For those who have completed the 101 course, Trauma and Transformation 201 and 301 courses will also be offered for deepening knowledge and practices.
Co-facilitated with Kimberly Pierce, MS, trauma-trained PA, and founder of The VT Kindness Project
Guest teacher Heather Stearns, professional artist and owner of Handcut Hodgepodge, will provide a day of intuitive collage in the 201 or 301 course.
Multiple dates and locations available!
The 4-week course is sliding scale $35-$95

"A deep sense of love and belonging is an irreducible need of all people. We are biologically, cognitively, physically and spiritually wired to love, to be loved, and to belong. When those needs aren't met, we don't function as we're meant to."
